Our chapter advisors are a huge asset to our active chapter. Most advisors are past APO members, Texas Tech employees, or Lubbock community resource advisors. Their mix of connections and knowledge help the chapter stay streamlined in the core principles of Alpha Phi Omega.
Carlos Favela, chair of advisory
Carlos graduated from Texas Tech University in 2012. He pledged Alpha Phi Omega in the fall of 2007 as apart of the Jack Jadel pledge class. Carlos thinks that APO is a great organization that will allow you to develop your skills as leader, make long lasting friendships, and provide a wide range of community service opportunity.
